“ I like this location of Rubios. Online ordering through the app is easy and works seamlessly. Most of the time, when i get there to pick up, my order is already waiting for me. Food has always been consistently good. People inside waiting for orders are observing social distancing. Convenient with lots of parking across the restaurant. Everyone’s been really nice too! ”

I remember her from the Ynez location is was late at night a few months back after hockey one night she was exactly the same. Too bad all employees can’t be as sweet and energized as she is. “ Honestly this is the ONLY temecula Rubio’s location I will go to. My order is perfect every time. The employees and management know what they are doing. I have been coming here for probably 3 years. It is no question that if we are going to Rubio’s it is this location. If this location is closed, then no Rubio’s for that day. I REFUSE to go to the Yenz location. That’s a story for another time. ”

“ Went to order food today and unfortunately, I think my order was input incorrectly or misunderstood. Regardless Richard, I believe he’s newer at this location completely had top-notch customer service. After I waited quite a bit for my food and he realized an item was missing he quickly hopped on it and The item that was missing was cooked up super quick, and he was gracious and covered it at no charge just for the inconvenience. Great customer service, nice guy and would recommend in the future ”
